As the Director of Synchro Electronics Global Pvt. Limited, she leads one of the few women-led electronics manufacturing enterprises in the country, committed to advancing indigenous technological capabilities.
Under her leadership, the company has emerged as a pioneering electronics R&D and manufacturing house, equipped with state-of-the-art modern facilities. The organization specializes in a B2B business model, delivering high-quality electronic controller boards and assembled PCBs to leading appliance manufacturers.
Ms. Das has built a strong technical ecosystem supported by a skilled and experienced team proficient in complex PCB process management and automated system operations. Her strategic focus on operational excellence has enabled the company to develop a robust supply chain management system, ensuring consistent quality through continuous monitoring of raw material sourcing and finished goods delivery.
